SELECTION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SUPPLIERS REGULARLY INSTALLED IN BENIN<\/strong>
\nFOR THE 2023 FINANCIAL YEAR<\/strong><\/p>\n

The African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund (FAGACE), an international financial institution serving the development of Africa, specializing in the promotion of public and private investments headquartered in Cotonou in the Republic of Benin, is launching a notice of call for expressions of interest for the selection of service providers and suppliers regularly established in Benin and wishing to collaborate with it during the 2023 financial year.
\nThe consultation file to be compiled by each bidder must consist of the following elements:<\/p>\n

\u2022A letter of expression of interest indicating the main area(s)<\/p>\n

(maximum 02)<\/strong><\/p>\n

chosen intervention(s). The letter will exhaustively specify the activities of the bidder;
\n\u2022 A detailed presentation from the tenderer clearly indicating his skills in the chosen field(s) as well as the human and material resources available to him for carrying out the work;
\n\u2022 Recent and significant technical references (certificate of successful completion during 2020-2021) concerning the satisfactory execution of similar contracts;
\n\u2022 A certificate of non-bankruptcy dating less than three (03) months from the date of submission of offers, issued by the Court;
\n\u2022 An original certificate from the National Social Security Fund proving that the bidder is up to date with the said Fund until the last quarter expired on the date of submission of bids;
\n\u2022 An original tax certificate proving that the bidder is up to date with the tax authorities until the last due dates on the date of submission of bids;
\n\u2022 A copy of the unique tax identifier (IFU).<\/p>\n

SUBMISSION OF OFFERS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Interested suppliers or service providers are asked to send us their submission file no later than Friday October 30, 2022 at 5 p.m.<\/strong>, to the FAGACE Mail Office at the address below.
\nThe offer must be submitted in a closed envelope with the words \u201cSubmission file\/Area of expertise to be indicated\u201d<\/strong> (two areas of expertise maximum).<\/p>\n
