{"id":11018,"date":"2015-04-16T17:54:54","date_gmt":"2015-04-16T15:54:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fagace.org\/?p=11018"},"modified":"2024-02-05T18:01:08","modified_gmt":"2024-02-05T17:01:08","slug":"renforcement-de-la-cooperation-entre-le-fagace-et-le-niger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fagace.org\/en\/2015\/04\/16\/renforcement-de-la-cooperation-entre-le-fagace-et-le-niger\/","title":{"rendered":"STRENGTHENING COOPERATION BETWEEN FAGACE AND NIGER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A delegation from the Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coop\u00e9ration Economique (FAGACE) led by its Managing Director, Mr Henri-Marie DONDRA undertook a four-day mission from April 13 to 16, 2015, as part of the strengthening of cooperative relations between the international institution and the Republic of Niger.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fagace.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/dsc_0028-300x118.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"118\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During the mission, the delegation was received in audience by His Excellency President Mahamadou ISSOUFOU, the Prime Minister Mr. Brigi RAFINI, Mr. Amadou Boubacar CISSE, Minister of State, Minister of Planning, Regional Planning and Community Development, and Mr. Mohamed BOUCHA, Minister Delegate for the Budget.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fagace.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/dsc_0010_1-300x91.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"91\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During these meetings, the Managing Director of FAGACE presented the Nigerien authorities with an overview of the Fund&#8217;s operations in Niger since its creation in 1977. He recalled that FAGACE&#8217;s portfolio in Niger comprises 18 projects: seven (7) downstream projects that have mobilized 23.082 billion in investments in various sectors of activity, and 11 interest-rate subsidies for a total of around seven billion CFA francs.<\/p>\n<p>FAGACE&#8217;s visit to Niger also provided an opportunity to explore ways of strengthening cooperation in order to better support the economic revival initiated by the Government of Niger.
