The Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coop\u00e9ration Economique (FAGACE) intends to put up for sale real estate in Dakar. The characteristics of these properties, comprising one (01) building and two (02) plots of bare land, are as follows:<\/p>\n

ONE (1) BUILDING A LIBERTE 6 EXTENSION (number 65\/66), IN FRONT OF MACHALLAH SCHOOL, A FEW METRES FROM THE VDN.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The building covers an area of six hundred (600) m2 and comprises four levels (R+3):<\/p>\n

– First floor: four (4) stores of 17 m2 each and 2 apartments;<\/p>\n

– Second floor: four (4) apartments with two (2) bedrooms, living room and kitchen;<\/p>\n

This notice is launched from June 4, 2020 for a period of one (1) month.<\/p>\n

It is understood that any offer sent by express mail which reaches the General Manager’s Secretariat after the opening of offers, regardless of the postmark date, will not be taken into account. Tenders are valid for ninety (90) days from the closing date for submission.<\/p>\n
