{"id":11224,"date":"2020-03-23T08:37:58","date_gmt":"2020-03-23T07:37:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fagace.org\/?p=11224"},"modified":"2024-04-09T11:32:19","modified_gmt":"2024-04-09T09:32:19","slug":"avis-dappel-doffres-international-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fagace.org\/en\/2020\/03\/23\/avis-dappel-doffres-international-2\/","title":{"rendered":"INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER: SELECTION OF A FIRM SPECIALIZING IN MANAGEMENT AUDITS OF INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS<\/p>\n<p>The Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coop\u00e9ration Economique (FAGACE) is launching an invitation to tender for the selection of a firm to carry out the general audit (institutional, financial, organizational and strategic) of the implementation of the strategic plan over the period 2017 to 2019.<\/p>\n<p>This invitation to tender is launched as of March 23, 2020 for the selection of a firm specializing in management auditing of International Financial Institutions. The deadline for completion of the work must not exceed two (02) months from the date of signature of the contract.<\/p>\n<p>Firms of international repute specializing in general management audit, established or represented in one of the FAGACE member states and meeting the criteria defined in the tender documents, may take part in this consultation.<\/p>\n<p>The tender documents may be consulted and purchased from the secretariat of the FAGACE General Management upon payment of a non-refundable fee of five hundred thousand (500,000) CFA francs. Payment will be made by bank transfer to the FAGACE account. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the address below.<\/p>\n<p>Tenders must be deposited no later than 5 p.m. local time on April 23 at the private secretary&#8217;s office of the Director General pi or sent by express mail (postmarked) to the address below, where they will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives on April 24 at 10 a.m., i.e. 24 hours after the deposit deadline.<\/p>\n<p>It is understood that any offer sent by express mail which arrives at the General Manager&#8217;s secretariat pi after the opening of offers, regardless of the postmark date, will not be taken into account.
