The purpose of the project is to extend and modernize AFRIPA- TELECOM&#8217;s facilities and the sites attached to the Abidjan Hub. It is justified by the existence of a buoyant market and the need to modernize the company&#8217;s current equipment. The total cost of the project is 2,117 million F CFA.
