Pre-selection of Consultants to carry out the architectural and technical studies and the mock-up of the renovation project for the FAGACE buildings in Dakar, Nord Libert\u00e9 6<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> BACKGROUND<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coop\u00e9ration Economique (FAGACE), an international financial institution serving the development of Africa and specializing in the promotion of public and private investment, headquartered in Cotonou in the Republic of Benin, is launching a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFI) in order to obtain all the information required for the renovation of its buildings in Dakar, Nord Libert\u00e9 6.<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> PURPOSE OF THE NOTICE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purpose of this Notice of Call for Expressions of Interest is the pre-selection <\/strong>of architectural firms and\/or Technical Design Offices (BET) specializing in architectural and technical studies of buildings and public works.<\/p>\n

Following pre-selection, the selected firms will take part in the restricted call for tenders for architectural and technical studies relating to renovation work on the FAGACE buildings at Dakar, Nord Libert\u00e9 6.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> FUNDING<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

Funding will be provided by the FAGACE 2022 investment budget.<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong> PARTICIPATION<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

The present Call for Expressions of Interest is open only to architectural and\/or engineering firms duly established and registered in Senegal<\/strong>, in compliance with their local tax and administrative obligations, and demonstrating sufficient technical, financial and operational capacity in their field<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To this end, architectural and\/or engineering firms interested in this Call for Expressions of Interest must provide all information indicating their qualifications and references in similar services, as well as appropriate documents attesting to their experience in this field.<\/p>\n

5.<\/strong><\/u> DATE AND PLACE OF SUBMISSION<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

Applications must be received in a sealed envelope no later than November 08, 2021 at 5:00 pm local time (GMT+1).<\/strong><\/p>\n

After this deadline, no offer may be accepted, modified or withdrawn.<\/p>\n

6.<\/strong> PUBLICATION OF RESULTS<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

Only the shortlisted consultants will be contacted for the rest of the process, in particular, their participation in the Restricted Invitation to Tender for renovation work on buildings located in Dakar.<\/p>\n
