Candidates must be nationals of one of the organization’s 14 member countries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

SENIOR LAWYER (M\/F)<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

– Organize a legal watch system within FAGACE;<\/p>\n

– Participate in the design of FAGACE’s global strategy;<\/p>\n

– Implement FAGACE’s legal strategy.<\/p>\n

Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Education: 5 years’ higher education (Master’s degree) in business law;<\/p>\n

– Knowledge: Contractual techniques, legal strategy, legal audit, intellectual property, litigation management, Internet;<\/p>\n

– Experience: Minimum ten (10) years in a similar position in a multicultural environment;<\/p>\n

– Age limit: Maximum 50 years old by December 31, 2020<\/p>\n

A GENERAL AUDITOR (M\/F)<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

– Identify risks;<\/p>\n

– Draw up an audit program to cover key risks;<\/p>\n

– Carry out planned and unplanned assignments requested by General Management, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

– Education: 5 years’ higher education in auditing and management control;<\/p>\n

– Knowledge: Internal audit and control methodology, professional internal audit standards, risk analysis, internal organization, processes and procedures, Internet;<\/p>\n

– Experience: Minimum ten (10) years in a similar position, including seven (7) years in a multicultural environment;<\/p>\n

– Age limit: Maximum 45 years old by December 31, 2020.<\/p>\n

– Evaluate counterparty, credit and market risks, recommend modifications to structures, terms and collateral;<\/p>\n

– Participate in the overall risk management of the facility;<\/p>\n

– Carry out macro-economic or sectoral studies.<\/p>\n

Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Education: 5 years’ higher education (Master’s degree) in Banking, Finance, Audit\/Control; Management Sciences, Statistics;<\/p>\n

– Knowledge: Banking and Finance, Risk Analysis, Project Evaluation, Internet;<\/p>\n

– Experience: Minimum five (05) years in a similar position, including two (02) years in a multicultural environment;<\/p>\n

– Age limit: Maximum 40 years old by December 31, 2020.<\/p>\n

PORTFOLIO MONITORING MANAGER (M\/F)<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

– Monitor the quality of the portfolio, underwriting and management;<\/p>\n

– Control and monitor the formalization and renewal of collateral taken out by banks and other<\/p>\n

financial partners;<\/p>\n

– Monitor commitments (regular and irregular), management of disputed receivables and their recovery, files in dispute and supervision of legal proceedings.<\/p>\n

Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Education: BAC+5 in Management\/Finance\/Banking\/Business Law\/Statistics (University, Ecole de<\/p>\n

Business School, Engineering School);<\/p>\n

– Knowledge: Banking and Finance, Risk Analysis, Business Law, Project Evaluation and Management<\/p>\n

Project Management, Pre-litigation and Litigation Management, Internet;<\/p>\n

– Experience: Minimum five (05) years in a similar position, including two (02) years in a multicultural environment<\/p>\n

– Training: 5 years’ higher education in auditing and management control;<\/p>\n

– Knowledge: Financial analysis, procedures, reporting, management dashboards, budget construction procedures, short, medium and long-term financial strategies, budget forecasts, audit and internal control methodology, professional internal audit standards, risk analysis, Internet and social networks;<\/p>\n

– Experience: Minimum five (05) years in a similar position, including two (02) years in a multicultural<\/p>\n
