This offer is reserved for experts who are nationals of one of the FAGACE member states. At the end of the final selection process, the firm selected will be responsible for drawing up the performance contract between the Managing Director and the Chairman of the Fund&#8217;s Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p>I. PURPOSE OF THE CONSULTATION The purpose of this consultation is to strengthen the capacities of FAGACE&#8217;s Audit Committee by setting up a tool by which FAGACE&#8217;s Managing Director and Board of Directors (BOD) will agree on the strategy for implementing actions that will generate operational income with a view to improving the Institution&#8217;s performance. Specifically, they will: 1. review FAGACE&#8217;s strategic plan; 2. determine the appropriate annual budget level for carrying out the Fund&#8217;s activities; 3. specify the obligations to be fulfilled by the Fund&#8217;s Shareholders over a four (04) year timeframe, to enable General Management to achieve the objectives assigned to it; 4. to draw up a performance contract binding the Managing Director and the Fund&#8217;s Board of Directors through its Chairman; 5. to establish a common understanding of the concepts and methodologies involved in drawing up the performance contract.<\/p>\n<p>II. COMPOSITION OF THE APPLICATION FILE AND DURATION OF THE MISSION a letter of motivation addressed to the Chairman of the FAGACE Audit Committee, including the applicant&#8217;s financial expectations; a curriculum vitae highlighting the applicant&#8217;s qualifications and professional experience, together with references from three (03) persons who can attest to the applicant&#8217;s competence; a note explaining the terms of reference (to be consulted on the FAGACE website) and proposing a methodology for drawing up the performance contract, including the methods for monitoring and evaluating the results; The consultation is spread over two months, starting at the beginning of September 2015.<\/p>\n<p>III. WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATIONS The terms of reference can be consulted on the FAGACE website at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.le-fagace.org\/\">www.le-fagace.org<\/a> or withdrawn from its headquarters in Cotonou (from the FAGACE General Manager&#8217;s secretariat), tel: (+229) 21 30 06 76\/21 30 08 77<\/p>\n<p>IV.
