GNARO, Secretary General of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Planning of the Togolese Republic.<\/p>\n<p>Directors from Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Mauritania, Rwanda, Senegal and Togo were represented at the session.<\/p>\n<p>After approving the minutes of its <sup>43rd<\/sup> meeting held on December 16, 2015 in Lom\u00e9, the Board examined the dossiers on its agenda.<\/p>\n<p>At the close of the proceedings, the Board decided to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>recommend to the Board of Governors for adoption the Strategic Plan 2016-2020 presented by Executive Management,<\/li>\n<li>adopt the Performance Contract between Executive Management and the Board of Directors,<\/li>\n<li>authorize a line of credit with Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Islamique de D\u00e9veloppement (SID) on the terms agreed by the parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In closing the proceedings, Chairman Badawasso T.
