FAGACE<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Le Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coop\u00e9ration Economique (FAGACE) est une Institution financi\u00e8re internationale sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la promotion des investissements publics et priv\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Il a pour mission de contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et financier de ses Etats membres pris individuellement et collectivement, en facilitant le financement et la r\u00e9alisation des projets de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 travers la garantie des pr\u00eats.<\/p><p>Les 14 Etats membres du FAGACE sont : le B\u00e9nin, le Burkina Faso, le Cameroun, la Centrafrique, le Congo, la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, la Guin\u00e9e Bissau, le Mali, la Mauritanie, le Niger, le Rwanda, le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, le Tchad et le Togo.<\/p><p>Le si\u00e8ge social du Fonds est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Cotonou, en R\u00e9publique du B\u00e9nin. Il dispose de trois (3) repr\u00e9sentations r\u00e9gionales situ\u00e9es au Cameroun, au Rwanda et au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour des informations compl\u00e9mentaires sur l\u2019environnement, l\u2019organisation et les activit\u00e9s du Fonds notre site web\u00a0: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fagace.org\">www.fagace.org<\/a> est disponible.<\/p><p><strong><u>II- LE PROGRAMME JEUNES PROFESSIONNELS DU FAGACE<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Pourquoi un Programme Jeunes Professionnels\u00a0au FAGACE ? <\/strong><\/p><p>Le cr\u00e9do du FAGACE est de favoriser la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019inclusion, l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances, l\u2019\u00e9quilibre g\u00e9opolitique, g\u00e9ographique et des langues. Les\u00a0<strong>objectifs<\/strong>\u00a0de ce Programme adress\u00e9 aux\u00a0<strong>jeunes<\/strong>\u00a0sont :<\/p><ol><li>\u00c9tablir un cadre professionnel de qualit\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li><li>Faire des\u00a0<strong>jeunes<\/strong>les protagonistes de leur processus d'insertion professionnelle et de qualification\u00a0;<\/li><li>Former sur le m\u00e9tier de la garantie des pr\u00eats.<\/li><\/ol><p>Le programme Jeunes Professionnels vise des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de haut niveau \u00e2g\u00e9s de trente (30) ans au plus au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024. Les candidatures seront analys\u00e9es par la Commission de S\u00e9lection du FAGACE et seuls les meilleurs profils seront retenus. Les relations entre le FAGACE et les Jeunes Professionnels interviendront dans le cadre d\u2019un stage professionnel d\u2019une dur\u00e9e maximale de 12 mois cons\u00e9cutifs.<\/p><p>Les stagiaires dudit programme seront affect\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on rotative dans les diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements du FAGACE afin de se familiariser au fonctionnement du Fonds.<\/p><p>Ils rel\u00e8veront de Cadres Sup\u00e9rieurs qui leur serviront de Mentors ou d\u2019Encadreurs au sein de leur unit\u00e9 administrative. La participation au Programme Jeunes Professionnels n\u2019est pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la garantie d\u2019un emploi permanent au sein du Fonds. Il vous permettra d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans un secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9s en perp\u00e9tuelle innovation, en plus de d\u00e9velopper votre leadership.<\/p><p><strong><u>IV- LE PARCOURS D\u2019INTEGRATION<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Le Programme de Jeunes Professionnels du FAGACE vous offre une opportunit\u00e9 de douze (12) mois pour vous permettre de b\u00e2tir une carri\u00e8re enrichissante dans un secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 en constante \u00e9volution.<\/p><p>Le premier mois sera consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte des diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers de la garantie, avec un syst\u00e8me de rotation qui vous plonge dans le quotidien des \u00e9quipes. Des mentors seront d\u00e9sign\u00e9s pour vous accompagner dans votre d\u00e9couverte et faciliter votre int\u00e9gration.<\/p><p>Cet accompagnement permet de vite s\u2019impr\u00e9gner de la culture d\u2019entreprise du FAGACE.
