Na sua escala regional, a WARA atribui ao FAGACE uma nota\u00e7\u00e3o de grau de investimento a longo prazo de &#8220;AA-&#8220;, enquanto a sua nota\u00e7\u00e3o a curto prazo \u00e9 de &#8220;w-2&#8221;. A perspetiva associada a estas nota\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 &#8220;est\u00e1vel&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Simultaneamente, \u00e0 escala internacional, o WARA atribui igualmente \u00e0 FAGACE as seguintes nota\u00e7\u00f5es e perspectivas: iBB\/Est\u00e1vel\/iw-5.<\/p>\n<p>Os pontos fortes da nota\u00e7\u00e3o do FAGACE s\u00e3o os seguintes (i) uma boa diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o geogr\u00e1fica e setorial, que permite \u00e0 institui\u00e7\u00e3o beneficiar do potencial de crescimento de uma zona econ\u00f3mica muito vasta e densamente povoada, reduzindo simultaneamente o seu n\u00edvel de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o aos caprichos de uma \u00fanica economia; (ii) uma governa\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3lida, consagrada em estatutos e textos regulamentares claros e refor\u00e7ada pela supervis\u00e3o dos Estados-Membros; (iii) uma liquidez muito elevada dos activos, que permite ao FAGACE dispor dos recursos necess\u00e1rios em caso de execu\u00e7\u00e3o das garantias; e (iv) um excelente n\u00edvel de capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, com uma d\u00edvida nula.<\/p>\n<p>O rating de contraparte do FAGACE (AA-) beneficia de 4 notches de apoio externo, que o WARA acrescenta ao seu rating intr\u00ednseco devido \u00e0 participa\u00e7\u00e3o soberana do Fundo e ao seu estatuto de institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira multilateral de desenvolvimento.<\/p>\n<p>Esta nota\u00e7\u00e3o baseia-se igualmente na execu\u00e7\u00e3o do plano estrat\u00e9gico 2021-2025, que revela uma melhoria das normas de governa\u00e7\u00e3o, das normas financeiras prudenciais e das normas operacionais, bem como uma oferta adaptada \u00e0s economias dos Estados membros.<\/p>\n<p>Ao elevar a sua nota\u00e7\u00e3o, o WARA confirma a solidez dos fundamentos da FAGACE num contexto de crise econ\u00f3mica e
