{"id":10761,"date":"2021-07-01T14:30:10","date_gmt":"2021-07-01T12:30:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fagace.org\/?p=10761"},"modified":"2024-02-07T08:55:15","modified_gmt":"2024-02-07T07:55:15","slug":"redynamisation-de-la-cooperation-entre-le-fagace-et-shelter-afrique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fagace.org\/pt\/2021\/07\/01\/redynamisation-de-la-cooperation-entre-le-fagace-et-shelter-afrique\/","title":{"rendered":"REDYNAMISATION DE LA COOPERATION ENTRE LE FAGACE ET SHELTER AFRIQUE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Redynamisation de la coop\u00e9ration entre le FAGACE et SHELTER AFRIQUE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Shelter Afrique, Andrew Chimphondah, a effectu\u00e9 une mission de travail au FAGACE et a rencontr\u00e9 le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral et le Conseil de Direction du Fonds, le 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0juillet 2021 \u00e0 Cotonou.<\/p>\n<p>Shelter Afrique est une Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 panafricaine de financement et de promotion des logements ainsi que de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du cadre de vie.<\/p>\n<p>La visite de SHELTER AFRIQUE a pour objet, la relance de la coop\u00e9ration entre les deux Institutions.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, le FAGACE et SHELTER AFRIQUE sont en relation de coop\u00e9ration depuis plusieurs d\u00e9cennies. Cette coop\u00e9ration a notamment port\u00e9 sur la mobilisation de ressources sur le march\u00e9 financier de l\u2019UEMOA en vue de la r\u00e9alisation de programmes immobiliers.<\/p>\n<p>Au terme des \u00e9changes, les deux Institutions ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019urgence et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de de renforcer leurs r\u00f4les de catalyseur dans la fourniture de financement de logements abordables \u00e0 travers l\u2019Afrique. Par ce partenariat le FAGACE et SHELTER AFRIQUE offriront des solutions financi\u00e8res, de conseil et de recherche visant \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre la crise du logement en Afrique.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fagace.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/COMMUNIQUE-FAGACE-ET-SHELTER-AFRIQUE.pdf\" role=\"button\"><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tT\u00e9l\u00e9charger le communiqu\u00e9<br
