The Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coopération Economique and the Caisse Centrale de Garantie represented respectively by their General Managers, Ms. Minafou Fanta COULIBALY- KONE and Mr. Hicham ZANATI SERGHINI, proceeded to the signature of a cooperation memorandum of understanding, on Friday June 29, 2018, on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the “Innov Invest Day” in Casablanca, Morocco.
The purpose of this agreement is to strengthen the strategic and operational partnership between the two institutions. In particular, it provides for exchanges of best practices between the two parties to create or develop SME support schemes for the benefit of member states.
For FAGACE, this partnership comes at just the right time. It will help to give impetus to the reforms currently underway, with a view to enhancing the institution’s efficiency.
