Wholesale warranty
It enables microcredit institutions, SFDs (Systèmes Financiers Décentralisés) having signed a wholesale guarantee agreement with FAGACE, to use the guarantee line made available to them for the benefit of VSEs/TPIs meeting certain predefined criteria

Beneficiaries :

Guaranteed competitions:
- Guarantees for short and medium-term loans to finance or refinance productive investments by VSEs and SMIs;
- Security deposits
The microcredit institution or SFD sends FAGACE a request to set up a “wholesale” guarantee on its behalf.
The “Wholesaler” Guarantee covers all business sectors except those prohibited by law.
Warranty period:
The duration of the guarantee corresponds to that of the loan.
Guarantee ceiling :
Percentage guarantee: maximum 50% of the principal amount of the loan.
Cost of warranty :
- A flat commission on the amount of the guarantee line;
- A guarantee commission on the portfolio's guaranteed outstandings at each period.
Bidders will receive a response from FAGACE no more than ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the complete file from the Bank.
