Following the example of other regional institutions , a FAGACE delegation led by its Managing Director , Madame Minafou COULIBALY KONE took part this November 14, 2018 in the opening ceremony of the 45th anniversary forum of the West African Development Bank, at the 02 février hotel in Lomé, Togo.
