From March 08 to 09, 2019, the entire staff of the Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coopération Economique came together for an innovative team-building session around the dynamics of Change, through workshops, fun, physical and cultural activities.
Indeed, since success is built on the right balance between valuing the individual experiences of each and every one, this activity is part of the ongoing reforms in line with the FAGACE 2.0 strategic plan, which puts people at the heart of performance.
The activities enabled us to remobilize our entire staff to form a cohesive team resolutely committed to financing member states through their respective SME fabric.
