Bids must be submitted no later than July 03, 2020 at 5:00 p.m., local time, to the Secrétariat Particulier du Directeur Général du FAGACE or sent by express mail (postmarked) to the address below, marked “SUBMISSION FOR THE SALE OF THE FAGACE BUILDING IN DAKAR (SENEGAL)” for the building and “SUBMISSION FOR THE SALE OF THE FAGACE BARE LANDS” for the land.
It is understood that any offer sent by express mail which reaches the General Manager’s Secretariat after the opening of offers, regardless of the postmark date, will not be taken into account. Tenders are valid for ninety (90) days from the closing date for submission.
