This Monday, October 18, 2021, the AMADOU BOUKAR conference room at FAGACE served as the setting for the signing ceremony of the partnership agreement between the Fund and the Caisse de Dépôts et Consignations du Bénin represented by Mr. Létondé Brice HOUETON, its Director General.
This agreement seals the formal commitment of the two institutions to work together to boost the financing of the Beninese economy and is based on common principles and objectives.
Through an operational system for collaboration and exchange of information for the financing of SMEs by CDC Benin, and the establishment of financial guarantees in favor of SMEs by FAGACE, the two institutions will participate in the financing of the Beninese economy, both on structuring projects of the Government and local authorities and on development projects for SMEs/SMIs in Benin.
Finally, this partnership will allow FAGACE to make a more active contribution to the problem of financing investments in Benin with a view to achieving the country’s economic and social objectives.
