A delegation from the Business Development Fund Ltd (BDF) of Rwanda led by its Deputy Director General, Ms. Rosalie SEMIGABO, stayed at the headquarters of the African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund (FAGACE) in Cotonou (Benin) from September 19 to 22, 2022 This mission was part of the exchange of good practices with a view to establishing a partnership between the two Institutions.
At the end of its mission and in the presence of the Director General of the Fund, Mr. Ngueto T. YAMBAYE, the Delegation took stock of its stay at FAGACE and presented the relevance of the exchanges of experience, on Thursday September 22, 2022.
Several avenues of cooperation were also explored with FAGACE, notably (i) support from the FAGACE Institute in training and capacity building in terms of Guarantees, (ii) joint interventions through co-guarantee or the re-guarantee between the two Institutions.
At the end of the meeting with FAGACE, it was agreed that a partnership agreement be signed between the two sister guarantee institutions, for greater efficiency for the benefit of financing the Rwandan economy.
