The Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coopération Economique (FAGACE) is an international financial institution specializing in the promotion of public and private investment.
Its mission is to contribute to the economic and social development of its member states, individually and collectively, by facilitating the financing and implementation of development projects through loan guarantees.
The 14 member states of FAGACE are: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal and Togo.
The Fund’s head office is in Cotonou, in the Republic of Benin. It also has two (2) regional offices in Cameroon and Rwanda.

FAGACE is launching this call for expressions of interest for the selection of service providers and suppliers regularly established in Benin and in member countries, wishing to collaborate with it during the 2024 financial year.
The consultation file to be compiled by each bidder must include the following elements:
– A letter of expression of interest indicating the main area(s) (maximum 02) of intervention chosen. The letter should give full details of the bidder’s activities;
– A detailed presentation of the bidder, clearly indicating its skills in the chosen field(s), as well as the human and material resources available to carry out the work;
– Recent and significant technical references (certificate of successful completion during 2022-2023) concerning the satisfactory execution of similar contracts;
– A certificate of non-bankruptcy dated less than three (03) months before the bid submission date, issued by the Court;
– An original certificate from the Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale (National Social Security Fund) proving that the bidder is up to date with payments to the said Fund up to the last quarter due on the date of submission of bids;
– An original attestation from the tax authorities proving that the bidder is up to date with its tax obligations up to the last terms due on the date of submission of bids;
– A copy of the unique identifier (IFU).
SUBMISSION OF BIDS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Interested suppliers or service providers are requested to send us their tender documents in a sealed envelope, marked “Tender documents / Area of expertise to be indicated”, (maximum two areas of expertise).
Tender dossiers must reach FAGACE headquarters no later than December 22, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. local time, at the Secrétariat Particulier du Directeur Général du FAGACE at the address below. No applications will be accepted after this deadline.
