NOTICE OF INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER: SELECTION OF A FIRM TO CARRY OUT A STUDY RELATING TO THE STRATEGIC, COMMERCIAL POSITIONING AND NOTORIITY OF THE AFRICAN GUARANTEE AND ECONOMIC COOPERATION FUND (FAGACE)
- The African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund (FAGACE) is launching a call for tenders for the selection of a firm to carry out a study relating to the strategic, commercial positioning and reputation of FAGACE.
- This call for tenders is launched from Monday, November 29, 2021 for the selection of a firm specializing in the study of strategic and commercial positioning to which will be entrusted with the execution of the mission.
- The completion time for the work must not exceed four (04) months from the date of signing the contract.
- Internationally renowned firms specializing in market and image studies, established or having representation in one of the FAGACE member states (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central Africa, Congo, etc.) can take part in this consultation. Ivory Coast, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Chad and Togo) and meeting the criteria defined in the tender documents.
- The tender file can be consulted at the private secretariat of the Director General of FAGACE and/or on the FAGACE website: www. fagace.org. Interested bidders may obtain additional information at the address indicated below.
- Tenders must be submitted no later than Friday, December 24, 2021 at 12 p.m., local time, to the private secretariat of the Director General or sent by express mail to the address indicated below where they will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who would like to attend the opening of bids on Monday December 27, 2022 at 10 a.m.
It is understood that any offer sent by express mail which reaches the Secretariat of the Director General after the opening of the offers, regardless of the date indicated by the postmark, will not be taken into account.
The offer is valid for ninety (90) days from the deadline for submitting applications.
