At the 41st session, the Fund’s Board of Directors approved a request for direct financing in favor of the Cameroon-based company TRANSIMEX.
The Fund’s Managing Director, Mr Henri Marie DONDRA proceeded to sign the loan agreement with TRANSIMEX in Douala on August 22, 2015, at FAGACE’s regional offices.
Indeed TRANSIMEX is a limited company present in Cameroon since 2011 in the sectors of stevedoring, consignment, warehousing, handling, maritime transport, etc.
This loan is part of the company’s project to build a six (06) storey, 5,795 m², partially leasable headquarters building, with the aim of developing and improving the conditions in which its activities are carried out.
This new direct financing agreement brings to 14 the number of projects supported by FAGACE in Cameroon, representing a total investment of some 30 billion CFA francs.
