The African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund (FAGACE) is an International Financial Institution specializing in the promotion of public and private investments created on February 10, 1977 in Kigali, Rwanda and whose mission is to contribute to the economic and social development of Member States by facilitating the financing and implementation of development projects.
This notice of expression of interest from FAGACE occurs in the context of the construction of an investment property.
In accordance with the institution’s texts, a call for competition is organized with a view to awarding the project management contract for the conduct of this operation.
This notice of expression of interest is open to architectural firms or groups of architects from FAGACE member countries whose composition must include at least the following skills:
1. Architectural studies;
2. Technical studies Civil and structural engineering;
3. VRD technical studies – Sanitation;
4. Technical studies Carpentry (Wood, metal, aluminum, etc.);
5. Technical studies of fluids (Plumbing and air conditioning);
6. High current and low current studies;
7. Technical studies for elevators.
The architect or selected firm retains responsibility for the choice of its co-contractors; professional skills can be grouped together.
Any Firm admitted after the first phase (pre-selection) will not be able to modify its composition, except at the invitation of the project owner and with his agreement. The grouping of firms is prohibited after the pre-selection of candidates. The consultation will take place in two phases:
1st phase: pre-selection of candidates
2nd phase: selection of the project manager.
At the end of the first selection phase, four (4) firms will be selected. For the 1st Phase (Preselection Phase), offers must be submitted in French and sent to the address indicated below no later than February 28, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.
