The African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund (FAGACE) is launching a call for tenders for the selection of a firm to carry out the management audit at the headquarters of the Institution in Cotonou in the Republic of Benin.
This call for tenders is launched from August 24, 2016 for the selection of a firm specializing in the management audit of International Financial Institutions. The completion time for the work must not exceed two (02) months from the date of signing the contract.
Internationally renowned firms specializing in general management audits, established or represented in one of the FAGACE member states and meeting the criteria defined in the documents in the appeal file may take part in this consultation. ‘offers.
The tender file can be consulted and purchased from the specific secretariat of the General Directorate of FAGACE upon payment of a non-refundable amount of five hundred thousand (500,000) CFA francs. Payment will be made by bank transfer to the FAGACE account. Interested bidders may obtain additional information at the address indicated below.
Offers must be submitted no later than Monday, September 19, 2016 at 5 p.m., local time, to the private secretariat of the Acting Director General or sent by express mail (postmark as proof) to the address indicated below where they will be opened in the presence of bidders (or their representatives) who wish to attend the opening of bids on September 22, 2016 at 5 p.m., i.e. 72 hours after the submission deadline.
It is understood that any offer sent by express mail which reaches the secretariat of the Acting Director General after the opening of the offers, regardless of the date indicated by the postmark, will not be taken into account. The offer is valid for ninety (90) days from the deadline for submitting applications.
