At the initiative of the African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund (FAGACE), the Gabonese capital is hosting an open day on November 6 on the theme of “Financing investment in Africa and the capital market guarantee mechanism”.
This was announced by Henri-Marie Dondra, Managing Director of Fagace, at a press conference held on November 4 in Libreville. In addition to the interest of the theme to be developed, Henri-Marie Dondra also intends to urge Gabon to become the 15th member country of the international financial institution for which he is responsible.
Fagace is already present in 4 Cémac member countries: Chad, Central African Republic, Cameroon and Congo. The number one financial institution therefore intends to “extend its activities to the entire sub-region, opening up to Gabon and Equatorial Guinea”.
