The Managing Director of FAGACE, Mr Ngueto Tiraïna Yambaye, took part in the Spring Meetings and Annual Meetings of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, held in Washington, USA, from April 15 to 20, 2024.
It was an important opportunity to strengthen relations and exchange views on regional and global economic and financial issues.
On this occasion, experts from the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) came together with other experts from around the world to exchange views on new global perspectives for combating poverty.
On the sidelines of the meetings, FAGACE’s Managing Director, formerly IMF Executive Director for Africa, met with Ms Kristalina Georgieva, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, on April 24, 2024. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss cooperation, economic policies and regional development projects.
