Following the publication of Invitation to Tender No. AO12/2025/VSAT/FAGACE/DG/CAI dated 05th June 2025, the initial deadline for the submission of bids was set for 02nd July 2025.
Please note that this deadline has been extended to September 22, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. GMT.

Le Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coopération Economique (FAGACE), Institution financière internationale , spécialisée dans la promotion des investissements publics et privés dont le siège est à Cotonou en République du Bénin, a bénéficié d’un Appui Institutionnel de la Banque Arabe pour le Développement Economique en Afrique (BADEA) dans le cadre d’Acquisition de VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) de connexion et lance un appel d’offre à cet effet.
I – CONDITIONS
La participation au présent Appel d’Offre est ouverte à toutes les structures éligibles à travers des listes restreintes d’entreprises africaines ou arabes ou une coalition d’entreprises arabo- africaines selon les procédures de la BADEA.

The African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund (FAGACE), an international financial institution specialized in the promotion of public and private investments, headquartered in Cotonou, Republic of Benin, has received Institutional Support from the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) for the acquisition of a VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) connection and is therefore launching this invitation to tender.
I – CONDITIONS
Participation in this Invitation to Tender is open to all eligible entities through shortlists of African or Arab companies, or a coalition of Arab African companies, in accordance with BADEA procedures.
