INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER
The Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coopération Economique (FAGACE) (African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund) is launching a call for tenders for the recruitment of a consultant (firm) to carry out an IT Audit and an Information Master Plan, followed by the drafting of specifications with a view to setting up a back-up site to ensure and guarantee the resumption of activities.
This offer is reserved for experts (firms) based in Benin, FAGACE’s headquarters country.
I. PURPOSE OF THE CONSULTATION
In general terms, the initial aim of this assignment is to carry out an IT audit and draw up an Information Master Plan (IMS) that will enable FAGACE to align its initiatives in terms of information systems with its 2016-2020 strategic plan, while guaranteeing data security, availability, reliability and integrity.
Specifically, this will involve :
1. audit the information system in its current environment;
2. draw up and validate the Information Master Plan;
3. draw up specifications for the implementation of a disaster recovery plan for its backup site in Cameroon.
II. COMPOSITION OF APPLICATION AND DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT
– a letter of motivation addressed to the Managing Director of FAGACE, setting out the applicant’s or the firm’s financial expectations;
– an extract from the company’s registration with the Registre du Commerce et du Crédit Mobilier (RCCM);
– the technical references of the consultant or firm for similar consultancies, supported by certificates of successful completion signed by the contracting authorities. In addition, the bidder will present a summary table indicating the consultations carried out, the name of the beneficiary of the work, the period during which the consultations were carried out;
– a list of the main managers and technicians whom the bidder intends to involve in the consultancy to be carried out, together with their curricula vitae;
– a note explaining the terms of reference, which can be consulted on the FAGACE website or obtained from the FAGACE head office in Cotonou (from the secretariat of the FAGACE General Manager);
The consultation is spread over two (02) weeks starting March 16, 2016.

IV. SUBMISSION AND DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT :
