The Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coopération Economique (FAGACE) is launching a call for tenders for the selection of two auditing firms for the fiscal years 2021, 2022 and 2023.
The present call for tenders is launched from October 23, 2020 for the selection of two firms specializing in statutory auditing.
Firms of international repute specializing in statutory auditing, established or represented in one of the FAGACE member states and meeting the criteria defined in the tender documents, may take part in this consultation.
The tender documents may be consulted and purchased from the secretariat of the FAGACE General Management upon payment of a non-refundable fee of five hundred thousand (500,000) CFA francs. Payment will be made by bank transfer to the FAGACE account. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the address below.
Tenders must be deposited no later than November 20 at 5:00 p.m., local time, at the private secretary’s office of the Director General or sent by express mail (postmarked) to the address below, where they will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives on November 23, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
It is understood that any offer transmitted by express mail which arrives at the General Manager’s secretariat after the opening of offers, regardless of the postmark date, will not be taken into account. Tenders are valid for ninety (90) days from the closing date for submission.
