Pre-selection of Consultants to carry out the architectural and technical studies and the model of the renovation project of the FAGACE residence located in Cotonou, boulevard Cen Sad, Rue 12.087 N°251
1. BACKGROUND
In order to have all the information required for the renovation of its building located in Cotonou, boulevard Cen Sad, Rue 12.087 N°251. The Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coopération Economique (FAGACE), an International Financial Institution at the service of Africa’s development, specializing in the promotion of public and private investments, with headquarters in Cotonou, Republic of Benin, is launching a Call for Expressions of Interest (AAMI).
2. PURPOSE OF THE NOTICE
The purpose of this Call for Expressions of Interest is to pre-select architectural firms and/or technical design offices (BET) specializing in architectural and technical studies for buildings and public works.
At the end of the pre-selection process, the selected firms will take part in the restricted call for tenders for architectural and technical studies relating to the renovation work on its building located in Cotonou, boulevard Cen Sad, Rue 12.087 N°251.
3. FINANCING
Funding will be provided by the FAGACE 2022 investment budget.
4. PARTICIPATION
Only architectural and/or engineering firms duly established and registered in Benin, in good standing with their local tax and administrative obligations and demonstrating sufficient technical, financial and operational capacity in their field may participate in this Call for Expression of Interest.
To this end, architectural and/or engineering firms interested in this Call for Expression of Interest must provide all information indicating their qualifications and references in similar services, as well as appropriate documents attesting to their experience in this field.
5. DATE AND PLACE OF SUBMISSION
Applications must be received in a sealed envelope no later than November 08, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. local time (GMT+1).

Only the shortlisted consultants will be contacted for the rest of the process, in particular, their participation in the restricted invitation to tender for the renovation work on its building located in Cotonou, boulevard Cen Sad, Rue 12.087 N°251.
