FAGACE FINANCIAL RATING 2023
Dakar, November 29, 2023 – GCR Ratings (GCR) has upgraded the long-term issuer rating of the African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund (FAGACE) from AA-(WU) to AA(WU) on its regional rating scale. The outlook is Positive. Additionally, GCR has affirmed the short-term issuer rating at A1+(WU).
