The African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund has organized in collaboration with the Central Banks of its 04 monetary zones of intervention, namely the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO), the Central Bank of Mauritania (BCM), the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), and the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR), an international seminar for the exchange of experiences this April 5, 2023, at the Golden Tulip hotel in Cotonou .
