INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER
The Fonds Africain de Garantie et de Coopération Economique (FAGACE) is inviting tenders for the selection of a firm to carry out the management and governance audit of FAGACE for the period from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2023.
This call for tenders is launched as of February 23, 2024 for the selection of a firm specializing in management audits of International Financial Institutions. The deadline for completion of the work must not exceed a maximum of two (02) months from the date of signature of the contract.
Firms of international repute specializing in management audit and governance, established or represented in one of the FAGACE member states and meeting the criteria defined in the tender documents, may take part in this consultation.

Tenders must be submitted no later than March 18, 2024 at 5pm local time to the General Manager’s private office or sent by express mail (postmarked) to the address below, where they will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives on March 19, 2024 at 10am, i.e. 24 hours after the submission deadline.
It is understood that any offer sent by express mail which arrives at the General Manager’s secretariat after the opening of offers, regardless of the postmark date, will not be taken into account. Tenders are valid for ninety (90) days from the closing date for submission.
