Duties and responsibilities
– Organize a legal watch system within FAGACE;
– Participate in the design of FAGACE’s global strategy;
– Implement FAGACE’s legal strategy.
Profile
– Education: 5 years’ higher education (Master’s degree) in business law;
– Knowledge: Contractual techniques, legal strategy, legal audit, intellectual property, litigation management, Internet;
– Experience: Minimum ten (10) years in a similar position in a multicultural environment;
– Age limit: Maximum 50 years old by December 31, 2020

Duties and Responsibilities
– Identify risks;
– Draw up an audit program to cover key risks;

Duties and responsibilities
– Monitor the quality of the portfolio, underwriting and management;
– Control and monitor the formalization and renewal of collateral taken out by banks and other

– Monitor commitments (regular and irregular), management of disputed receivables and their recovery, files in dispute and supervision of legal proceedings.

– Education: BAC+5 in Management/Finance/Banking/Business Law/Statistics (University, Ecole de
