A delegation from the African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund (FAGACE) led by its Director General Mr. Ngueto Tiraina Yambaye stayed in Dakar, Senegal from April 27 to 29, 2023.
During this mission, FAGACE, aware of the need to support SMEs for their access to financing, proceeded to sign an agreement with ADEPME, in the presence of the BCEAO, the APBEF, representatives of banks and of the Ministry of Finance and Budget. The objective is to facilitate access to financing for Senegalese SMEs;
Remember that the SME Development and Supervision Agency (ADEPME) is a relationship facilitator between public administrations and SMEs. Through this framework cooperation agreement, FAGACE undertakes to support eligible Senegalese SMEs that are members of the ADEPME support program, by granting them guarantees from partner banks or by providing technical support through its Training and supervision institute.
The signing of this partnership will allow the two institutions to converge their efforts for a greater contribution to the creation of values and the growth of the Senegalese economy through SMEs.
